Please Note :  Dec. 1, 2014 :  Employers must pay  Temporary Foreign Workers (TWP)  wages which match or exceed the median wage for the economic region where the work will be located. Thus wages will differ according to the area of the province the caregiver will be working in.  Employers must refer to the median wage published on Job Bank to determine the prevailing wage.

When room and board is provided by the employer, it must be at no cost to the foreign caregiver, as per the policy under the TFWP.
